A good airport ride should be the part of the trip you don’t have to think about. Here’s exactly how it works on our end, both directions, so there are no surprises at the curb.
We’re watching your flight
Once you give us your flight number, we track it. If you land early, we’re ready early; if you’re delayed, your chauffeur adjusts and you don’t have to make a single call or reschedule. Plans change at the airport constantly — managing that is our job, not yours.
Where your chauffeur meets you on arrival
For arrivals we meet you curbside or at the nearby cell-phone lot, depending on your vehicle and the airport, and we text you your car’s details and the exact meeting spot before you land. You step off the plane already knowing where to go. Some airports and pickup points add a small fee, and when they do we note it on your quote rather than at the curb.
Tell us your terminal
Confirming your terminal when you book saves everyone time, and at some airports it genuinely matters. Sacramento (SMF), for instance, has two separate terminal buildings; Oakland and San José are compact and simple. Either way, a terminal on the booking means the car is in the right place the moment you’re ready.
On-time for your departure
Heading out, we plan your pickup around your actual flight, your terminal and the time of day, then build in a comfortable cushion so you’re never the person sprinting to the gate. A 6 a.m. departure from SFO and one from Oakland are two different pickups, and we schedule each one properly rather than by a rule of thumb.
What we need from you
Very little. Your flight number, your terminal if you know it, and how many people and bags — that’s enough for us to track the flight, position the car and text you the meeting details. If your plans shift, one call to dispatch (answered 24 hours) sorts it out.
