Ceremony, party & guest transport Weddings
Wedding transport is a scheduling problem wearing a bow tie. We plan it backwards from your ceremony time and put the whole thing in writing weeks beforehand.
A written timeline, agreed in advance
Two to three weeks out we send a timeline: every pickup address, every load time, who is in which vehicle, and the buffer built into each leg. Your planner gets a copy. On the day, nobody is calling anybody to ask where the car is.
Getting-ready, ceremony, reception — and the exit
Most couples need three distinct movements: the party to the venue, guests between ceremony and reception, and the couple’s exit. We usually cover the first with a stretch or Sprinter, the middle with shuttle runs on a loop, and the last with a sedan waiting quietly from an hour before you plan to leave.
Guest shuttles that keep a hotel block sane
If your guests are in a hotel block, a shuttle loop is the difference between a full dance floor and a room that empties at nine. We run continuous loops on a published schedule and post the times at the hotel desk so nobody has to ask.
Napa, Sonoma, Livermore and Bay Area venues
We drive wine-country weddings constantly and know the practical constraints — which estate driveways will not take a stretch, which have a shuttle-only policy after dark, and how long the Silverado Trail really takes on a Saturday in September.
Weddings — good to know
Six to nine months for peak season (May–October), particularly for wine-country venues and any Saturday. Off-season dates are usually comfortable at three months.
Yes, and for most weddings it is the right call. An as-directed booking removes the risk of a vehicle being elsewhere when your timeline slips — which it will.
Not always, and we would rather tell you in advance. Send us the venue and we will check the approach and parking; where a stretch will not work, a Sprinter usually will and carries more of your party anyway.
We keep the vehicle clean and unadorned unless you ask. Ribbon and simple florals are fine — anything adhesive is not, and we will fit what you supply on the morning.
