Your wedding day should be about the moments, not the logistics. We handle every pickup, every guest shuttle and every minute of the timeline, so you and the people you love arrive relaxed, on time, and looking every bit the part.
A clear plan, confirmed in advance
A few weeks before the wedding we send a simple timeline: every pickup address, every load time, who rides in which vehicle, and the cushion built into each leg. Your planner gets a copy too. When the day arrives, nobody is on the phone wondering where the car is — it’s already there.
From getting ready to the grand exit
Most couples need three things: the wedding party to the ceremony, guests moving between ceremony and reception, and a graceful exit at the end. A stretch limo or Sprinter handles the party, a shuttle keeps guests flowing, and a sedan waits quietly for the two of you whenever you’re ready to slip away.
Guest shuttles that keep the party going
If your guests are staying in a hotel block, a shuttle loop makes all the difference between a packed dance floor and a room that empties early. We run continuous loops on a posted schedule so everyone knows exactly when the next ride leaves — no one has to guess, and no one has to drive.

We drive wine-country and Bay Area weddings all season and know the practical details that matter — which venue driveways a stretch limo can and can’t handle, which estates are shuttle-only after dark, and how long the roads really take on a busy Saturday. Send us your venue and we’ll recommend the right vehicles for it.
Weddings — good to know
Six to nine months is ideal for peak season (May through October), especially for wine-country venues and any Saturday. Off-season dates are usually comfortable around three months out.
Yes, and for most weddings it’s the right choice. Keeping the car and chauffeur with you means there’s no risk of a vehicle being somewhere else when the timeline shifts — and on a wedding day, it usually does.
Not every venue can take one, and we’d rather find out before the day than on it. Share your venue and we’ll check the access and parking. Where a stretch won’t work, a Sprinter usually will — and it carries more of your party anyway.
We bring the car clean and polished, and you’re welcome to add ribbon or simple florals. We’ll happily fit what you provide on the morning; we just avoid anything adhesive that could mark the vehicle.
