When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the details you provide — name, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off locations, trip date and time, passenger count, and any remarks you add. Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your fare quote
- To confirm, schedule and run a booked trip, including dispatching your chauffeur
- To respond to a contact message
- To detect and prevent spam or abuse of our forms
- To meet legal, insurance and safety record-keeping requirements
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share trip details beyond what is necessary to operate the vehicle and chauffeur assigned to your booking.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate. This does not identify you personally. No advertising or marketing tags load until a real tracking ID is configured.

Data retention
Booking and correspondence records are retained as required for insurance, tax and legal purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
