Questions
Before you book.
Anything not covered here, call dispatch on (510) 512-4555 — a person answers, 24 hours a day.
General
Send us the trip — date, time, pick-up, drop-off and passenger count — and we come back with a written, all-in fare, usually within the hour. Fares depend on vehicle, route, timing and duration, so we quote each one properly rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for most journeys. If you would rather not type, call dispatch and we will price it on the phone.
Yes. Your quote is all-in and fixed in writing before you travel. It does not change because of traffic, weather or demand, and there is no surge multiplier at any hour. The only additions are things you ask for on the day — an extra stop, or extra hours beyond a booked block — and those are agreed with you first.
Nothing, from your side. Every commercial arrival is tracked against live FAA data, so a delay simply moves the dispatch. Wait time is measured from actual landing and the first 45 minutes on domestic arrivals, 60 on international, are included at no charge.
24 hours is comfortable for a sedan or SUV on a standard transfer. For 4 a.m. departures, group vehicles, weddings or peak weeks such as Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas, book several days to several months ahead depending on the vehicle. We take last-minute work whenever a car is free — call and ask.
By default, inside at your baggage carousel holding a name board. If you would rather walk straight out, tell us and we will text you the vehicle, plate and kerb location the moment you land. Both options cost the same.
The whole San Francisco Bay Area. We are based in San Ramon, so the Tri-Valley and East Bay are our strongest ground, and we run daily into San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, Napa and Sonoma. Long-distance work — Tahoe, Monterey, Sacramento, Los Angeles — is quoted on request.
Yes. Accounts are invoiced monthly with itemised trip detail by passenger, department or cost centre, so your team books by name with no card at the kerb. Most accounts are open within one business day.
Cancel 24 or more hours before pickup and there is no charge. Between 4 and 24 hours, half the agreed fare applies; under 4 hours or a no-show, the full fare. Group vehicles need seven days for a full refund because they are taken off the board for the whole date.
Requesting a quote
Within the hour during business hours, and usually much faster. Overnight requests are answered first thing. If you need an answer immediately, call dispatch — it is staffed 24/7.
Not yet. This is a quote request. You will receive a written fare and, once you accept it, a confirmation with your chauffeur’s details, the vehicle and the plate. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
Yes, and you will get the one you booked. We do not substitute or broker your journey out to another operator — if a vehicle is unavailable for your date we tell you at quote stage, not on the morning.
Not for standard transfers on a first booking. Group vehicles, weddings and multi-vehicle events take a deposit to hold the date, which is set out in your written quote.
