The car stays with you Hourly & As-Directed
Book the hours, not the route. The vehicle waits with you, the itinerary can change all day, and nothing needs re-quoting when the plan does.
How as-directed works
You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a block of hours starting at your first pickup. Inside that block you go where you like, stop as often as you like, and the car waits at each stop. Billing is simply the hours used, with the stated minimum.
When it beats point-to-point
Any day with three or more stops, any evening where the end time is genuinely unknown, and any occasion where you would otherwise be watching the clock. Two point-to-point transfers plus a wait almost always cost more than the equivalent hourly block.
Common uses
Client tours around the Peninsula. Property viewings across the East Bay. A dinner in the city where the return time depends on the conversation. Game days at Chase Center or the Coliseum, where the car is parked and waiting while everyone else queues for a surge fare.
Hourly & As-Directed — good to know
Two hours for sedans and SUVs, three for stretch limousines, four for Sprinters and five for the party bus. Minimums rise on peak dates such as New Year’s Eve and prom weekends.
Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate, subject to the chauffeur’s availability. We will always try to accommodate it — tell us as early in the evening as you can.
