Terms of Service

These terms govern quote requests and bookings made with Runways Limousine through runwayslimousine.com or by phone. By submitting a request or confirming a booking, you agree to them.
Quotes & fares
A quote request is not a confirmed booking. Once we return a written fare and you confirm it, that fare is fixed for the trip as described — it does not change due to traffic, weather or demand. Additions you request on the day (an extra stop, extra hours beyond a booked block) are agreed with you before they’re added.
Cancellations & changes

To cancel or change a booking, call (510) 512-4555 or reply to your confirmation email as early as possible.
Wait time
Airport pickups include free wait time as stated at booking (typically 45 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international, measured from actual landing). Point-to-point and as-directed bookings include a reasonable wait as agreed at booking; time beyond that may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Passenger conduct
Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and that of their guests. Alcohol may only be consumed by passengers 21 or older, where the vehicle's licensing permits open containers. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all vehicles. A chauffeur may end a trip without refund if conduct endangers safety or violates these terms.
Damage
The person who books the trip is responsible for damage beyond normal wear caused by their party. Group vehicle bookings (Sprinter, party bus) carry a refundable damage deposit, returned within three business days if no damage occurred.
Liability
Runways Limousine carries commercial liability insurance as required for a California charter-party carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures or airline delay, though we will make reasonable efforts to adjust your pickup accordingly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
